Non-Profit Organization dedicated to our membership in pursuit of education in areas of gardening and other nature related subjects. Promoting this education and the preservation of our natural environment is extended to the community with an invitation to join us at monthly meetings.
Brooksville Garden Club is active in many community projects, such as, scholarships for PHCC and Wekiva Youth Camp, Maintaining the Living Memories Garden at the May-Stringer Heritage Museum, "adopting" Area 7 on the Good Neighbor Trail. We also provide to Moton Elem. School an ongoing Teaching Garden to students. Fund raising events result in community contributions for donations to Habitat for Humanity, 100 acre Woods and scholarships..
Brooksville Garden Club meets the second Wednesday of every month, September through May at 12:00 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church, 109 South Broad Street in Brooksville, FL.
