STEP ONE:
• Review all our ad rates and mailing areas on our “Ad Rates Page” and choose the ad you would like to run in the upcoming edition

• Available in Black & White or Full Color
• Available Mailing: Area 1 or, Area 1 & 2 Combined
• Click onto the Blue Submit Order Request Bar to check for availability and/or request an Ad Order. Our office will e-mail you a LINK to an Ad Order and/or a list of options. You can also e-mail us at: customer@sceneonline.biz
• PRIME POSITION - PAGES 4 to 11:
• Keeps your ad always closer to the front from page 4 to page 11 and, in front of most others inside the magazine
• Available in Black & White

• Your ad on a Cover Page will be seen before the reader even opens the magazine

STEP TWO:
• Just fill in the Ad Order Form and then click onto Make Payment, whether you reached the Ad Order Form directly on our website or, if you reached it by clicking on a LINK that we e-mailed to you
• Some Ad Order Forms that we e-mail to you may already be partially filled out and, may not allow you to change the Ad Order unless you request it. If you change your mind on what ad you would like to run, just request a change to the Ad Order
• After the Payment has been received, you will receive an e-mailed Receipt
STEP THREE:
• E-mail all of your ad content to us at: customer@sceneonline.biz
• Include all wording that you want in the ad
• Include any logos, photos or, other graphics that you want included. Send the largest originals that you have available.
• Describe any words or graphics that you would like to stand out.
• You can send a copy of an ad that you may already have run elsewhere as a sample. PDF’s work best.
• You can send us a photo of a layout that you prefer. You can add notes regarding the ad layout or content
• We provide ONE free set of ad changes per month which are required to be submitted by our 12th deadline.
• We will e-mail you a copy of the completed ad prior to going to press to ensure content accuracy
REORDERING FOR THE NEXT MONTH:
• At the beginning of the next month, we will e-mail you an Ad Order Form LINK for the same type of ad to run in the following month.
• You can choose to Click on the LINK to get to the Ad Order Form and make your payment to run your add again
• OR, request a different ad order by clicking on the e-mail link or, e-mail us at: customer@sceneonline.biz
• OR, Change your ad content by clicking on the e-mail link or, e-mail us at: customer@sceneonline.biz. We provide ONE free set of ad changes per month, required by our 12th Deadline
• OR, reply to our e-mail that you do not want to run another ad and, we will NOT run your ad again in the upcoming month
• OR, Disregard our e-mail and, we will NOT run your ad again in the upcoming month
